On March 27, 2026, Zhengyu Town successfully signed the Functional Paper Foam Board Manufacturing Project.
Wang Si, Secretary of the Party Committee of Zhengyu Town; Yang Rui, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Mayor of Zhengyu Town; and Wu Gongquan, Chairman of Nantong Meiganbang Plastic Co., Ltd., attended the signing ceremony.
The investment and expansion project signed this time will add more than 20,000 square meters of factory space and six new production lines. Featuring proprietary environmentally friendly, energy-efficient, and high-quality manufacturing processes, the project will deliver superior product quality that has gained recognition in both domestic and international markets.
It will also fill a gap in the domestic industry, further expand the application scenarios of the company’s products, and inject new momentum into its high-quality development. The company is confident in its continued development in Zhengyu Town and will make every effort to accelerate the project’s implementation, with the goal of building a new materials manufacturing base integrating green production and circular utilization. Once the project reaches full production capacity, it is expected to generate annual sales exceeding RMB 200 million and tax revenue exceeding RMB 5 million.
Wang Si noted that the signing comes at a critical stage in the in-depth implementation of the “Spring Offensive” initiative. The successful signing of the Meiganbang project represents an important achievement in supporting local enterprises in expanding investment and production. The entire town will continue to uphold the principle that “the best way to attract investment is through excellent service”, providing the project with precise, full-process support from implementation through operation.
Going forward, Zhengyu Town will closely follow the requirements of the “Spring Offensive” initiative, take this signing as a new starting point, and continue to focus on targeted services and project implementation, making every effort to drive breakthroughs in more high-quality projects.
